Biography
Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, hip-hop songwriter and performing artist Deuce Fantastick is making ripples in the music industry with his highly energetic and motivational rap music with a rock and reggae twist.
In an over-saturated market, Deuce Fantastick's intricate flow patterns, lyrical abilities and smooth storytelling put him in a class of his own.
Although Deuce Fantasticks's music career started in 2004 as part of Edmonton's hip hop group Peep Game, he would later branch off into his solo career with the release of his debut album "M.O.T.H. (Memoirs of the Hustler)", released in 2017. In 2018, while promoting his album, he competed in the Vancouver edition of the "Coast to Coast".
Winning first place, he was given the opportunity to compete later that year in Miami, Florida, to showcase his talents. In
2019, he released a collaborative reggae/rap infused(ep) with fellow hip hop artist and producer Mac Millon. That same year, Deuce also released his remix series titled "Audio Cardio", releasing one remix and video of a mainstream song on YouTube per month. In 2020 Deuce released his sophomore album "Billion Dollar Dreams vol.1, The Present" this project has been his most successful to date, landing him close to half a million streams worldwide. In 2021, Deuce shifted gears and focused his songwriting skills on T.V. and film. He teamed up with Adam Little and together they created two albums that were picked up by Gramoscope Inc. for sync licensing purposes. So far, they have five songs that have seen placements on the Oprah Winfrey Network.
Fast forward to the present, where Deuce has just released his brand new album "Billion Dollar Dreams vol.2, The future," the first single 4L1V3 has been placed on several blogs and playlists. The official visual has reached 20k streams and continues to rise steadily. Deuce has also released a live rendition of his second single off the album titled "Running".
Throughout Deuce's career, he has had the opportunity to do hundreds of shows, including going on tour across Europe with legendary artists such as AZ and Sean Price. Touring across Canada and the United States with 2pacs infamous hip hop group the Outlawz and rocking plenty of shows in his home town to be the supporting act for notable artists such as; Snoop Dogg, BONE THUGS N Harmony, Method Man, Red Man, Big Boi of Outkast, The L.o.x, Fabulous, Pusha-T and countless others.
Deuce's high-energy performances, thoughtful lyrics and skillful songwriting abilities set the bar for independent hip-hop artists around the globe. While his love and passion for music continue to evolve, he will not be satisfied until he is recognized
internationally and puts his home town of Edmonton, Alberta, on the map.
